On Friday, September 5, 2025, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, organized the networking integration event “Synergy MIdS: Alumni & Beyond.”
The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichat Sopadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who delivered the opening remarks and a special lecture on the topic “Grad to MIdS: Transformations of Chiang Mai University to Meet Future Demands.”
In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thaneeya Chetiyanukornkul, Assistant Dean of MIdS CMU, presented on “MIdS Alumni & Beyond: Roles and Missions.”
The objective of this activity was to strengthen relationships and connections among alumni, faculty members, and academic programs across disciplines, while also fostering an alumni network that can contribute to academic and professional development. Furthermore, the feedback and collaboration from alumni will be applied to improving and developing curricula in alignment with the needs of society and the labor market.
The event was held at Meeting Room 1-101, MIdS CMU Building.
